Prayer Network

In times of need or trouble, prayers are a sure-fast way to healing and renewed happiness. If you have a situation you’d like the parish to help you pray for, there are three ways to submit your prayer request.

First, you may complete the electronic form at the bottom of this page. This is a secure submission that does not require extensive personal information to respect the privacy of all those who wish to submit a prayer request.

Second, a Prayer Request Sheet is provided in the narthex, and may be placed in the box located beneath the “Sign Up” shelf.

Finally, you may also contact Pat Blavat, a parishioner and Prayer Network coordinator before 8 pm on Sunday evenings by emailing her at pblavs@hotmail.com with your request.

A list of requests to be prayed for entitled Prayer Network Sheet is printed each week on Monday afternoons and available on the wall next to the Parish Office. Please feel free to take a sheet home and pray for the intentions of the week.

If you have an emergency prayer situation, and need immediate prayers, please call Dawn Nowak at 262-538-1798 and she will start the Emergency Prayer Chain via telephone calls.

This secure prayer request form is mindful of the privacy of all parishioners and prayer requests. Your name or other personal information beyond your prayer request does not need to be included, but if such names are provided, please know St. Charles cannot and will not release such information.
