Andrew Schueller

Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries

Andrew was brought onto the St. Charles Parish Staff as the Director of Student & Young Adult Ministries in September 2010. Back then his main goal was to address the lack of involvement of teens after confirmation. That quickly turned into re-imagining the high school experience from traditional religious education to a process that focuses on forming teen disciples. We do this through our simple discipleship process (Meet Christ, Know Christ, Love Christ, and Serve Christ).

Andrew graduated from Marquette University in May of 2010 with his Bachelors in Theology and a minor in Social Welfare and Justice. While at Marquette he worked as a Resident Assistant, a retreat director, and a youth ministry intern at a combined parish youth ministry program. Recently, Andrew also served on the Archdiocesan Synod Preparatory Commission that planned and facilitated the 2014 Archdiocesan Synod.

Andrew is currently part of the Board of Directors for WYRE Ministries (ministry who put on the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rallies) and also mentors new youth ministers and consults parishes on creating a dynamic student/youth ministry at their parish.

Andrew lives in Wauwatosa with his wife, Caitlin, and their two puppies. In his free time Andrew enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, cycling, trying to cook without burning down his house, going to Marquette Basketball or Brewers Games, and coaching the Green Bay Packers from his couch.
