Erika Rutley

Liturgical Assistant

Erika joined the St. Charles staff in July of 2015 in the hopes of deepening her Catholic faith and spirituality through ministry, while also having the flexibility to be available for her family.

She has a BA in Communication, with a minor in Spanish from St. Norbert College. Erika has 20 years experience in marketing, communication and web content management.

In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with family, including her husband, two young children and dog. She also likes to take long walks, bike, spend time up north, travel and read.
